Quality Control

Our raw materials for the manufacture of refined lead ingots are from used Automotive Batteries. We are very selective in the collection of these used batteries from the local market.

We believe in quality while ensuring consistency in every batch of lead ingots that are produced in our facility, while always maintaining an Eco Friendly and safety environment. We have installed the most sophisticated testing equipment and latest pollution control systems for the total facility.

We have also obtained the ISO 14001:2004 standard which is in compliance to environmental standards from TUV Germany.

We process these scrap batteries into a final product of pure lead ingots of 99.98% on average. We are using the latest technology for recycling in an environmental safety manner.

For testing of refined Lead, we have installed the latest State-of-the-Art Spectrometer-System, Magellan Q8 Equipment imported from Germany. More importantly, we should be proud of our very competent staff who are always quality conscious, and work hand in hand to ensure product consistency at its highest levels.
